Would be nice just to start a little request/ discussion page in this section. If anyone finds any tracks that are out but doesnt have th £$£$$£ for it post it on here., the same goes for if anyone finds a banging mix or an unreleased track.

Just a good way to keep up with future releases / new artists.

This thread is a great idea for getting this subsection some exposure. It's great that people

who aren't familiar with the scene can get a taste of how innovative and diverse the scene is.

For me, UK bass isn't really a genre, but more of a collection of artists and labels that are

pushing the boundaries and crafting their own sound. I hope it stays a loose term as pigeonholing

artists into specific genres often stifles innovation. A prime example is the stagnation of

dubstep these last couple of years.

That being said... Thanks for taking the initiative MRhappysmile. If this thread gets stickied,

I'll be sure to post upcoming tunes and mixes frequently! :)

Ye lookin forward to Wen & Parris release, ordered the vinyl gonna get rinsed. Agreed about it not being a genre though - just wanted this section cuz always love for this sound on this site, and as its difficult to keep up to date with it being buried in dubstep and techno sections.

Hoping this section gets more love soon, I know guys who like the deep dubstep will certainly be fans of this array of music. Once its on the drop down list, should get more love.

Will get it stickied - although no MOD's really check this section it seems.

EDIT: Also what dyou guys think about merging UK Bass with UK Funky section?

UK Funky section has a lot of good tracks but seems pretty dead to me so a merge would be good in that sense. However I would have to say no since it's littered with a lot of shit such as Disclosure and Gorgon city.
