    Fidget House 101

Seems like everyone has their own definitions of fidget. I like the wiki def the best. Here are a few definitions: From Wikipedia: Fidget house (also known as fidget) is a subgenre of Electro house music that is "defined by snatched vocal snippets, pitch-bent dirty basslines and rave-style synth stabs over glitchy 4/4 beats." It is known for using influences from other subgenres such as Chicago house, rave, UK garage, US hip hop, Baltimore club, Kuduro and other "authentic" world music genres. Fidget house: A style of house music that involved a very erratic melody, usually consisting of very short and high pitched notes, often produced by altering the pitch of percussion instruments, based around a repetitive bass line, and hypnotic beat. Based around quirky rhythms, sharp cuts, rap bite vocals and beefy basslines, this genre takes the sounds of electro & tech-house and mashes them into 5 minutes of party-fuelling fun.
