Weird problem

Ok so I've been having this problem for a while. I've reformatted my computer 2 times, but the same problem has occured again..

My Native Instruments plugins aren't working anymore. FL Studio doesn't load them. Or at least, it starts, but it never loads them to the point where I can start using it. This is only with my NI plugins, all my other plugins load fine.

It may have something to do with ILbridge, because that's the thing that ends up crashing and making FL not work, but I'm not sure anymore.. I've scoured around the internet like a fucking rat and I couldn't find any solution. I've found people with the same problem, but no solution. As I said, I've reformatted my computer 2 times already in the past 5 months, and it keeps happening.. I'm not sure anymore..

On my laptop I've had massive & FM8 for a while and it still works without any hassle.. Only on my desktop it stopped working after some time without any clue as to why..

If anyone could help me out, I could literally cry over this. The NI plugins are the ones I've used the most in my tracks and now all of them are worthless..

EDIT: Also, Ableton doesn't load any Native Instruments plugins either so I think it doesn't have anything to do with ILBridge on second thought..

What versions are you using? Are they pirated or bought?

I'm using version 1.5, but I've also tried just using 1.3 but I get the same problem. I'm using a pirated version, and I've been using it for a couple of years now, also on my laptop, where I don't have this problem.

There is no version 1.5. http://www.edmc.nu/showthread.php?t=471214 This is the latest, this version also comes with a standalone version. Did you try if the standalone version (.exe) works any better?

The thing is, when looking into this problem a while I came across people saying that too. So if I understand things right the latest version is 1.3? That's the version I'm at right now since the last time I've reformatted, about a month ago.

Another thing though, the (apparently fake) version 1.5 is what I've been using for years(from piratebay). Also on my laptop where this issue has not presented itself and I haven't had to reformat that in 4 years. I'm totally lost with this.. Evertime I ended up reformatting it happened to work for a while, but after that it just stops running any NI plugins. I mainly use my desktop for producing so this is hurting my progress alot..

So, I tried installing the version you linked me, but after uninstalling everything NI related and installing that version both the VST and Stand Alone still won't start..

I guess what I'm going to do now is reformat my PC one last time(fml..) and see if the version you gave me will keep on working after I install.

Formatted my computer again, but now it won't work from scratch.. Never had this happen before, after I reformatted it would always work for a while. Guess I'm just fucked.

I installed the version you gave me, but when I fire up Ableton, it freezes on loading, when I fire it up again after it says it crashed loading FM8, and asks to disable it, when I do, it just goes to the next NI plugin and freezes again. So I'm again stuck without being able to use any NI plugins..

Anyways, I wanna thank you for your help. I'm just gonna go cry in a corner somewhere now.(smile1)

Well the latest is 1.4, but that one hasnt been cracked yet. The 1.5 version on TPB indeed is a ´fake´. Its actually the 1.1.5. This is a really really weird thing, especially if the standalone doesnt open. Its just a external .exe file that loads outside any DAW, if that doesn´t work then yea, you´re pretty much doomed.. Try to see if the NI products have a weird specification, e.g. ´doesnt work with soundcard type XXXX´ etc, and see if you match this somehow. Else I have no clue how this is possible.

No worries, guess I'm SOL then.. I've been looking around the internet for months now on this issue, without any luck, so I guess there's not much else to do than to just move on.

And I always have my laptop, although it's crap, where it does work, so I guess I'll just have to use that one as my main producing station & maybe bounce everything out and finish on my desktop. Kindof a hassle but I'll make it work.

OH MY FUCKING.. I FIXED IT!!:o

Apparently, the slow startup came because of a USB cable plugged into my PC. Don't ask me why, but I removed all USB cables except for my mouse and both Massive and Kontakt worked! Weirdest error ever..
