I've never understood all the hate surrounding leaking tracks. If the artist sends someone the track, any leak is their full responsibility and fault. If they don't want their tracks getting leaked, they shouldn't be sending them to people until release.

Yeah, and that's what they're starting to do because of all the idiot leakers. Leaking affects so many things and so many people, it's so ignorant for someone to leak something and think there are no repercussions. Yeah, maybe not for them.. but many other people whether it be artists, labels, etc.. It's making MY job as a promoter hard as well because no artists trust ANYONE anymore.. It's quite annoying.

Traders could destroy themselves in that case. When artists aren't handing out plates, they'll have nothing to trade lool

Again, more dumb-assery. The song isn't a DUBPLATE because it sounds good you pricks. Its a DUBPLATE because it just ain't released and/or finished yet, plain and simple. A dubplate can be complete fucking shit... doesn't mean it's not a dubplate -.-

Artists can have many reasons for not wanting their tunes public, the list is endless, and a lot of the times it's because they want their songs mastered before they give it away to the public. It's the little impatient adolescent pricks that just leak without thinking about other people's well-being. The kids calling traders 'hoarders' are just little jealous pricks that can't get their precious candy. Traders 'hoard' them because the song SHOULDN'T BE PUBLIC, not because they don't WANT IT TO BE.
