childsplay
I've currently been trying to figure out a way to make a tape deck style effect in massive and have had no luck with what i want. I'm trying to figure out a way to slow down/stop my massive synth patch's. Anyone have any tips or ideas they could help me with?:o thanks. Link to comment
Mephistopheles
Normally if I need an effect as this I just modulate the BPM-counter in Fruity Loops. That workes fine for me. Afterwards export that track and undo the modulation, because it affects every track in the project. I guess the same principle could apply in the pitch-counter for each wavetable in Massive. Slowing down decreases pitch, speeding up increases pitch. So you could try and modulate those pitches with an lfo for similar effect, although my first method is a bit easier to work with in small time intervals. Hopefully this helps you out. Bulker
I use this on the effect rack, doesn't affect the BPM or the track in a whole. http://howtomakeelectronicmusic.com/dblue-tapestop-for-tape-stop-effects Link to comment
