Im pretty sure stuff that speks at full 22 khz is a direct render. Encode this and you will get 20khz

I'm pretty sure you can encode things at 22kHz. Look at BladeEnc

yea but if this is ripped from for example a mix on soundcloud, the odds of the set being encoded with BladeEnc to 22khz, and the guy ripping it and making an edit also at 22khz, are little.. right?

i read it from one of p0gman's wall posts a while back.. someone mentioned people were trading it and i think he may of said it was a loop but that was a while back
