assmilk Posted October 13, 2012 Share Posted October 13, 2012 don't burn to many songs on one disk, usually 4-6 songs per cd, write the tracklist id on the wallet you carry it in and make sure to burn at the slowest rate to ensure that the cd doesn't fuck up in the show Link to comment
SpacemanSpiff Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 absolutely burn at the lowest speed. can't tell you how many times i've burned a cd at the highest speed right before a show and it has a loud digital noise somewhere in one of the songs. also, burn two copies of each disc. that way you're not locked out of playing the other 4-6 songs that are on that disc that's currently in the cdj.
