@Tkky: That shit is awesome man hahaha fuck I love that freaky detuned vibrated whatever the hell pitchbending synth. Great bass sounds also loving it. Finish that shit man.

@Bruwin: Sick sick drop man.. just dont like that intro haha could be something really great maybe if you'd make it a really unexpected drop compared to what comes before.

Im seeing the start of a neurofunk  inspired EP here haha.

@Lunatick  Thanks for the love my dude :ganja2:. Your track is an absolute banger! I am in love with everyone of your crazy synths!
My only feedback would be to hold back on the side chaining or general squishing of the track, the bass is fucking way to much! and also try to compress the kick so it punches a but more too :)!!

Also little handy tip I've learn from class is to mix against pink noise. Have a little google and see what you can research on it. It can REALLY help with getting the balance right in your mixes.

@metaphor  ahah Big ups my guy!! The track is being put on hold for a sec while i finish this dungeon crawler drum step track (The one below)

Let me know if you guys are feeling this too!!

@tkky digging the vibes here, but I feel like some cool drum work in the second half of the intro could go a long way. this track reminds me of like jade cicada type glitch hop, so its definitely a good start. The snare sounds a little empty to me as well. Looking forward to hearing an update man!

here is my newest one:

@tkky: To give your track a bit more power you could use some slight compression, a touch of reverb (more room) / saturation (nice and crispyyy). Some heavier sidechaining on that kick would be nice. Overall cool idea to work out ..the intro could use some work but I get where you're going with in this track.

@xDJzer0: I noticed that little water percussion effect.. really cool.. adds to the depth of it all. I like the overall track idea man and the mixdown seems in order overall in the track (volume wise etc)

@K I M M Y: The sound is cool man but i'd suggest giving the kick more punch and maybe some slight sidechaining to add to the rhythm. A bassline would be cool also just something to add to the overall layer of it.

@chodibeatz: That's some massively trippy shit I give you that haha.. Its a bit too chaotic for my taste though.

I had a productive day today with Akashic (experiment) .. great progress on manbearpig (hehe) and this beat which I started working on for a mate of mine who is gonna add lines to it .

@Lunatick

Magnificent Manbearpig (WIP) - i like it a lot, but the main synth is too overpowering in my opinion, it almost 'blows me over'

The Akashic - heavy stuff man! i like the euphoic feeling with that bass, very stark almost too stark tho...

Dystopian Utopia - sick man... seriously dude, your Liquid is un-fucking-real!!!! I don't think i have any complaints

something i threw together

1st track
I fucking dig this so much dude!!! The only problems i have is that the bass does seem somewhat slightly too loud in the mix. Just ya know, turn it down. Also the snare could be brought up a touch? Also I'm stating to listen to music on a 2inch bluetooth speaker to emulate the worst possible scenario the listen can be put in. It sounds really good on it actually! The sub bass is obviously too low to be heard so what most producers do is add an octave above the sub (still a sine btw) and just slowly bring it in until it can be heard on crappy speakers and doesn't muddy the bass.

2nd track
Not really my cup of tea :/ Everything sounds super clean tho! The old meh thing is the use of reverb and general space. Id give instruments more room.

3rd track
Absolute gem right here! Its so fucking nice to vibe to in the sun my dude! The leading notes / melody got kinda of boring and repetitive after a while so id suggest trying to mix it up somewhere with a key change or a completely different prog / lead.

@Ganjastep

That jam has some serious bounce!! Dunno if its just my 2inch speaker but there feels like absolutely no sub bass in the synths. just the kick! Id suggest to you as well creating an octave up sub bass to allow for smaller (and hifi) speakers to produce low mid/bass freqs.

The melody sounds amateur as hell when you just descend down the scale at the end. So id try something els my dude. (pretty sure you hit a bum note too, might just be my bank hearing tho)

And heres a lil sum sum i started this morning at 4am. Let me know if you're feeling it. (not a lot of mixing and just slammed through a limited so its not close to finish yet, just wanted to know your feels)
