  1. I have had an HP Beats edition laptop for under a year. Its running an Intel i5 processor @2.50/6 GB Ram/750GB HD. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008472LNK I was recently in the middle of a session when Traktor Pro crashed on me. I don't have any viruses at the moment and was not running any other programs when the crash happened. Thank god I was not playing in front of a crowd. With that being said, I think its time to switch to Mac. My financial situation at the moment is not that great. I am working security at an electronic music club and going to school full time. I can only afford $700 so I am looking at older model used macbook pros. I have found a few through craigslist and ebay but I mainly have some questions for you guys. here they are: 1. will a 2.26 GHz Intel Core Duo P8400 45nm Penryn 64BIT suffice for DJ'ing software and basic FL studio/producing? 2. If I buy a macbook pro and it doesnt come with the install/restore CD, will it still work? 3 is a mid 2009 model macbook pro too outdated? I will keep you guys updated with the current negotiations that I am in and what for. Thanks in advance fellas
