Walter Wonkite
Glitch Hop typically ranges between 90-110 bpm, but can vary outside of this spectrum. Glitch Hop is based on using "glitchy" type methods, thus basslines that switch spontaneously, the possible insertion of sounds that border on "interrupting" the tune, and often features offbeat funk rhythms. Glitch Hop picks up the importance of the Kick/Snare relationship that is so important in hip-hop, and will often feature a higher pitched snare drum, which has been dubbed the "Koan Sound snare" by many.
