FrnchPAir
Glitch: The word glitch is the best adjective to describe the sound. The music/sounds are cut up in a manner to create the atmosphere of something electronic not working perfectly. BPM is typically between 100 - 150. The beat pattern is never a 4x4 because there needs to be a 'glitch' in the beat, so it is typically halftime, or breakbeat pattern. Not to be confused with Glitch-Hop which follows much more specific bpms and beat patterns. This genre borrows sounds from chiptune, dubstep, and trap. It is often described as "funky, distorted, and computer-music." Examples: Link to comment
