What is Deep House?

Deep house is usually a bit slower in BPM, and has a combination of lounge along with jazz and chicago house elements, featuring "springy" hats and symbols and deeper, harder hitting basslines.

TBH none of the examples given so far are really deep house. That would explain why the posts to the section have been so wonky. This is an actual deep house example by a team that's consistently on Traxsource's recommendations for Deep House:
