Vocal producing

Hi guys, i hope you can help me:

I tried to produce some bootlegs with Ableton Live 9 but the BPM of the acapella vocals dont match with my kick etc. It sounds like ableton speeds up the vocals sometimes or slows them down.

The thing is, that im producing DnB Tracks, so i have to speed up the vocals to appr. 175 Bpm, but it doenst work most of the time.

I started producing one week ago. Sry if this is a noob quest.

What is the best way to match the vocals with the beats, snares etc?

Do i need another programm to pre set the vocals?
