logic
Holy shit, he stole from a hardstyle track again ?! I remember like back in 2010 there was a huge mess about him copying hardstyle tracks. This time it's The Pitcher - Pump It Loud 2 Link to comment

logic
@Xplosiv The sad fact is I don't think he faced any consequences for this shit . Probably that's why he had the balls to do this again this year. I guess he figured that Pitcher track is old af and rather unknown, so who gives a shit right Link to comment
Xplosiv
I don't think the original artists really care. Scooter versions are so bad anyway. And who remembers scooter anyway. It was a joke in the nineties lol. Link to comment
Xplosiv
+ there is alot of sampling in hardstyle too. Live and let live I guess Link to comment
logic
Scooter has sold 30+ million records though, I'm pretty sure they made a lot of dough stealing those tracks . Yeah, sampling is one thing, but exact copying is another (without even giving credits) imo 1 1 Link to comment

Yeah, sampling is one thing, but exact copying is another (without even giving credits) imo well we dont know if they contacted the labels and "bought" the rights to do so. had the same discussion here in germany with one of our biggest hip-hop acts sampling (e.g. stealing) a lesser known finnish rock band, who got sued like crazy. since scooter are bigger than that, im pretty sure they have obtained the rights to do so, especially since theyve been doing it for so long and so often now. but i dont know for sure, just my wild guess 2 Link to comment
