Bulker Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 I just downloaded this and some soundbanks. But I can't get a sound from the standalone nor the VST in FLStudio. Am I missing an important step in the installation or some setting to get it all to work?? Link to comment
Under92 Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 did you link the plugin to the directory of the soundbanks in the standalone before running it in FL studio for the first time? thats what i needed to do with every plugin that came with my maschine mikro, including kontakt. since then i never really had any problems... NLjaan Posted March 19, 2014 Share Posted March 19, 2014 You could try to mess with "Output" and "Midi Ch" below the Master Editor knob. I can't check it out myself since my NI plugins don't work anymore, but I've had it happen to me too that it wouldn't play sound, and that was because the channel settings in Kontakt and my Piano Roll were different. When you press the green rectangle thingy in the piano roll you see some more colors pop up with numbers, those correspond to, I think, Midi Ch, but you should also try to change the output to see if that works. I can't fire it up myself so I have to do this from the top of my head.. Sorry. Link to comment
