Maschine Mikro

So i bought the maschine mikro from guitar center online and they got me. I figured i was going to get the software as well and i was wrong. I called the support line and they gave me the run  around! If any one could help me with the software would be so awesome. I've tried everything with native and they won't come off s**t !

then youve probably bought the hardware without the respective licence it comes with. the hardware is still attached to the original account - this has to be disconnected in order to use the hardware/software combo and be able to get the software from NI, even without the DVDs.

i actually do have the software, but its way beyond what i am able to upload, would take me days unfortunately.
