dbound
Alright, I am very curious to see how they make these sounds? What kind of effects/ original samples/percussion are used? If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated :D https://soundcloud.com/xlr8r/jacuzzi-twilight-feat-mr https://soundcloud.com/soulection/mr-carmack-simpler-out-now Link to comment

dbound
Alright thanks man, I know its pitched percussion, but they have to be adding some kind of effect besides reverb to em? Im not entirely sure Link to comment
EkLiiPz
https://soundcloud.com/kinseb/perc/s-HjtHR Quick example. It's all about the quality of the base sample. Applied Flanger > EQ > Dist > Chorus > Reverb > EQ, then fed the channel through a Chorus > Reverb send channel. Carmack's wetness though, no idea how he does it. EDIT : Those are individual percs taken from the VDUB1 pack Edited June 6, 2014 by EkLiiPz Link to comment
