This is actually my first single release by myself, with minor help from Aweminus, Yakz, and WassA not that they made the track for me or anything more like they just gave my pointers. Skanek Posted May 12, 2016 Share Posted May 12, 2016 @Bruwin was trying to find a way to give some good feedback on those tracks but they all sound pretty nice to me! the mixing sounds awesome, and the sounds used combine really well, only thing i might think could use some work might be on the second track, the beat with the sub is too high in comparison to the other sounds imo, if i crank up the volume it really kicks in with the bass and it sounds way louder than the rest of the track, but it migh also be my speakers,ben having some problem with them, other than that i like the ideas! my favourite might be the first one, like the vibe on it also, here is something iv ben playign arround with, trying some different styles, feedback well apreciated peps! Very nice stuff! @Skanek The pads are really neat but the mixing needs some work. Sounds a bit overcompressed and the drums are drowning under the textures. Love the little melodies here and there! @metaphor It's not really my style so I can't comment on that. There are some jazz elements here and there which I do love though. Mixing wise everything is pretty spot on! @K I M M Y Damn those drums are sick! My only problem is the weird key of the 808 sub. Sounds off to me but that could just be a design choice as well so.
