mikelandjelo
@Rick Sanchez I never check bpm and I don't know what genre have what bpm but for me this track is electro house -> trance -> dubstep -> electro house and this 14 hours ago, L3W said: Definitely not 4x4 garage in anyway shape or form lmao Edited July 10, 2017 by mikelandjelo Link to comment

Mephistopheles
Do you guys not get 4x4 garage vibes of this? Obv it is too complex to fit just one genre, but more than the rest of the tune it is garage. Or Am i completely mistaken? that Skippit track is a good comparison for bpm and percussion, even though you can't compare Culprate's basses to it, let alone the cliche "area 21 sample" (whatever the sample is called mixed with mortal kombat). Beat match it and prove @curtgavin wrong, I dare you :p... Edited July 13, 2017 by Robotnik 2 Link to comment
ShadowDubz
Breakbeat at a slightly higher tempo, definitely not 4x4/Garage. 4x4 Garage/Bassline definitely needs more recognition on this site, it seems like only a handful of people actually know what they're on about. And it seems that you're not part of it, bro. There is NO breakbeat in this track, it is a 4x4 track. Period. Link to comment

Period. the 4x4/Bassline section wasn't made for tunes like this' bassline garage doesn't have synths like this track does. the only similarity is that it's 140bpm and 4x4. It's more breakbeat/electro house synths in this tune. Oh and also, the drums scream breakbeat especially in the intro. Bassline Garage would even mix too well with the Dubstep drop either, much more Breakbeat territory. Edited November 11, 2017 by ShadowDubz 1 Link to comment
