tkky
I have around 300 followers on soundcloud and I average around 15-30 views on most general tracks I upload.. Anyone know the best ways to push your music out to the surface and get it heard without spamming and advertising it on everything? Edit:I know I have almost 100 uploads and only 20 of them are worth the listen id still like to know how i can use soundcloud to actually create a small fan base https://soundcloud.com/heiserkofficial Link to comment
Moderator Becs Posted January 31, 2015 Moderator Share Posted January 31, 2015 (edited) i'd start with keeping your uploads to the good stuff only? if only 20 are worth the listen then why post 100? you dont encourage people to follow if you're more miss than hit Edited January 31, 2015 by Beautiful Link to comment
Lab Rat
try share your tracks with relevant groups. they're another way of getting your stuff heard. the more groups you post to the more plays you'll get. the stats may not skyrocket but it's a start Link to comment
vallegs
Try sorting ur stuff out. Have maybe 5-10 tracks that ur really proud of and send them off to promotion websites like edm house underground blogs/facebook pages. Also upload your tracks to YouTube cuz not everyone listens to Soundcloud links. Link to comment
fonzo420
i can throw in a personal opinion man, like everybody has mainly said don't really release as much unless its really finished.and nowadays finished would be having a complete song structure, mastered professionally and thrown out to the right crowd.unless you wanna keep seeing "cool tune" or "superbass" hahaa or "badman"in your comments on SC,id say really put in the effort into really completing your songs man.and find a label tat fits your sounds dude Link to comment
