Ableton Upgrade Advice.

Looking to upgrade Live 8 Standard to either Live 9 Standard or Live 9 Suite.

The upgrade to Suite is significantly more, but does come with Operator and Analog synths, the electric pianos (which I do think I'd use a lot) as well as Max for Live (not sure what this is yet) and about 40gig more sounds and samples.

To upgrade to Live 9 it would be £100 and for 9 Suite it would be £299.

I currently also own a Maschine with Maschine2 software which I use along side Ableton with Massive as well as other free and small VST's I've aquired over some time. I do also use live instruments I then sample (mainly guitars and bass).

My question is does anyone have Live 9 or Live 9 suite? Was it worth buying/upgrading? Do you think it's worth me paying the extra for Suite? And what other benefits did you find from either 9 or 9 suite?

Get it. Torrent or purchase it. YOU WILL NOT be disappointed-(Ableton user for 4+years)

Live or Suite would be fine. Highly recommend purchasing it or use other methods. [Ableton User for over 6 years]

Always go with suite if you can. It is a world of difference and will save you some cash on some plug ins. Good luck and cheerz

Just minor bug fixes but other than that it works smoothly. interface hasn't changed but don't let it fool ya ;)
